viv's right... the guy didnt get NOC... and he attributes it to the flip-flops he wore for the interview... cant think of any other reason though... good grades... good spoken mandarin... the right course of study... impressive internship firm... save for the fact that he might have been over-confident... he was sad when he told me the news... and i was stucked... coz i knew i wanted him to get it... and i also knew i wanted him to stay... it's okay... we have other options for year 2007...
