been MIA for some time now... finally left my job... time to myself... to try rejuvenate for a long school year ahead... windsurfing... gatherings... Bintan... Johor Bahru... or just time with the guy... school's in... and bleah, it's a 6-module semester again... just bought a new camera... so have been taking loads of photos...  been trying to build up my collection of windsurf photos...  they have built a fairly good relationship with the ice cream uncle/auntie... they get 4 layers of ice cream for the same price...=X  taking pictures of blue skies...  hanging out with the windsurf gang at New York New York... this was before the restaurant started getting LOOOOONNNNGGGG queues every evening...  practising taking jumping shots of friends...  more..  the not so successful ones...  like this...  where the guy looked pretty good...  where i looked crazy enough...  finally a good one coz i'm not inside... it was over to Bintan for 3d-2n at Mayang Sari Resort... it was a pretty place with single chalet like huts... which are so close to the beach you can hear the waves at night from ur air-con room...  our little house by the beach in Bintan... at least for 2 nights...  not excluding the good company...  our private verandah just 10 metres away from the beach...  my favourite scrambled eggs..  trying very hard to get rid of weird tanlines...  testing out the cam's flower mode...  nice comfy hammocks...  we are seaturtles!  beer and breeze... what more?  sucking in the tummy...  in his own world...  heading home... it was over to JB on National Day... shopping for the ladies... movies for the guys... food food food for everybody... it was a good ten of us... so it was good fun...  dressing up in FOS JB... we look pregnant with those... and i had to photoshop away the ugly brastraps...  food is good enough to risk being doused with dirty water from above...  "please dont rain..."  speak no evil, see no evil, hear no evil...  yummy squid... we had like oyster omelette, crayfish, stingray, ladies fingers, bak kut teh, chicken wings... which totaled about 10 sgd... pretty worth it i would say...  contender #1...  contender #2... i have also been acting like a spoilt brat and getting chauffeured to the beach... the guy hasn't been complaining much... so i really have to commend his effort... "when i finally learn how to drive, i will drive you around also ok?"  being chauffeured in the van...  in the car... though he doesnt look very happy here... ----Stef stopped rambling at 02:01 --Link to Post |
