just a few things i noticed throughout the day...
- happened to overhear two guys at the engin canteen...funny how they greet one another with, "hey! heard you got a girlfriend eh?" -ello...we are not some material possession...like "new car?!", "new house!?", "nice suit!"...
- i cant differentiate between the American CAN and CANT...i felt like a stupid dumbo when the angmoh went, "i CANT make it on the 3rd and 4th..." and i went, "so you're fine with it huh?"...and he had to, "no...i mean i CANNOT..." -and they say singaporeans cant speak clearly...(although i admit i mumble a lot...)
- the first thing guys do when they get attached is post couple-hood pictures on friendster...i dunnoe like found how many liaoz...-eh...how come my guy not like that? i not pretty enough also no need so obvious mah...wah lau...*sad-ed*
- people from my previous sems' classes who obviously recognize me...yet dun wanna say HI...always look at floor and walk past me...maybe scared i cant recognize them or something...then they smile and paiseh when i dont smile back...-actually i do that all the time also la....scared people think i nuts...smile like idiot...please BOO! me or something when you see me looking-for-gold-on-the-floors-of-NUS...
- i need a sweater that can take me from SR2 to LT7...pretty puh-lease! drop from sky...brown adidas ones would be very appreciated...-the guy would see this...but he wont care...anyways...he's too broke to care...coz he's saving up for Chelsea jersey...where got regard for his cold, freezing gf?!!?! (whaha...kidding la...i'll just wear like 3 layers of tees lor...esp the 5 bucks ones from Taiwan...i've got enough fat to insulate btw...)
