was practically dragging myself to work today...
boss was sick... so he was in bed for most of the morning... found stuff to do... so i just did my stuff... bought breakfast for him... ran some errands to the post office and the bank... walked (?!?!?!) from InCity to Bugis Junction... dropped by to see aud... ate my octoballs... work started to come in for me liaoz... and i thought the admin stuff was bad enough... i'm doing production work now as well... as in TV producer? i'm the photography equivilent... now i'm sourcing fruits from the Philippines... for a shoot next wed... and talents/models for another one... still got props for the major job... wah liew... the first one is the worst... need fruits with leaves and stems attached... and... ...ever heard of a fruit called the Dalandan? i havent! and thats why i die liaoz... need it for a shoot next week... only hope is Lucky Plaza... which i will go to tomorrow... or see whether cy can help... boss says to try the upmarket supermarts... like when do they ever sell such stuff... unless it's some Filippino fruit fair... pple who know where to get them... plz tag... Kalamansi by another name - Calamonding - Calamunding - Kalamondin - Panama orange Dalandan by another name - Darangita - King orange din know weijie worked near me... haiz... if i knew... i wont have to skip lunches or wad liaoz... i thought he was still at paragon... but oh well... tomorrow i'll be out sourcing the stuff... can eat anywhere and everywhere... =P and oh ya... this job is probably the first where i get to use courier service... and man! met my courier like 4 times liaoz... and i think he's pretty cute! shall call for courier more... boss will foot the bill! wait long long ah... he'll probably just send me to the post office again and again... oh... saw qiaoling on one of my errands today... so qiao... think she was on her way to meet guy-whose-name-i-cant-rem... think i remember him being a canoeist or dragonboater... and kallang river is near... asked me if i was joining da race this weekend... well... i really dunnoe... and dont think so... it's been ages since i last trained... definitely not good enough for MOD... and they banned us from club-board already... oh well... anyways... sam's using my MOD sail... SIN23 i'm not too sure... but it'll definitely take some time and effort to get my equipment back in racing condition... dont have the time nor the energy to do the maintainance... think i'll probably start again in uni? pretend i know nuts abt wsfing... and learn everything from scratch? maybe i'll be a better sailor then... like andrew foo always says... we started on harness too early... he is rite... i'll start again and banish my harness to the other side.. muahahhaa... ok... not funnie... i love my harness... it's probably the oni reason why my arms dont break in 20 knot winds... not that 20 knot wind is tough... i'm plain lousy... sam told me the south-west has been blowing rather strong of late... when the storm hit... he coulnt uphaul... imagine this... "SAM CANNOT UPHAUL..." thats crazy... even in the bangsaen crazy winds... he manage to do everything a-ok... i'm dead... i'm dead meat... bath.TV.sleep.dream(of.fruits) oh ya.. meeting the bballers for dinner tomorrow... yeay... love meeting pals... just feel like squishing rene... miss her to bits... i love weekends... oh ya... tianyong msged me today... feel so... remembered... hope he and the rest of s212 will study hard for the midyear... i'm not ard for them to ask questions... but mr lim offered to be ard for them... hope they'll do well.. s208 too.. wonder how they're doing... ----Stef stopped rambling at 21:35 --Link to Post |
