was just surfing around...
realised alot of pple got attached of late... i wonder why... good fengshui? lucky month? cheaper HDB flats in 3 years? hah... not that it's a bad thing... love is in the air... just queer that everyone got busy at the same time... oh well... poor lonely me shall just ponder... and wonder... am starting to feel a little pressured... but oh well... wad to do when THE ONE (aka NEO) doesnt appear? dont think i'll ever become Trinity as well... day was mainly ok... till i sent out the very last quotation for the day... was rushing lots out today... and the adobe acrobat thingy wasnt working very well... had problems pdf-ing my files... back to the last quotation... i DID pass it to boss to check... before i send it out... it got approved... so we discussed who to address it to on the email... but prb is... i addressed the quotation to the designer... while the email was addressed to the accounting personnel... even though it was the same email addy... i got it good for the inconsistent names... i cant decide whether it was my fault for not realising the inconsistency... or his fault that he approved my estimate... went down to lucky plaza as well... for the mangoes... back to being my job again coz apparently... the client's filippino employee found it there... met some really nice filippino ladies... spoke to them for a long time... abt the fruits we needed... i guess that's the good part abt the job... you get to meet pple... pple from all walks of life... i guess spending some time out of the office is good as well... 8 hours in the office is killer... seriously... choosing my wardrobe for work is a nitemare really... have to find the divine balance between looking decent enough to go other pple's offices for meetings... yet being comfy enough to walk ever where under the hot mid-day sun... and to sit cross legged at my work station... am t-shirt and jeans most of the time now... but maybe a decent top for days with meetings... all 3 guys went for lunch together... was desperately trying to get my files pdf-ed so din join them... but good also... coz got sent out to lucky plaza at ard 2 plus... so i could spend my lunchtime looking for the tote i needed and a pair of flats... which i didnt find... saw a nice one at m)phosis... quite cheap as well.. but either my arm to thick or it wasnt meant to be slung that way... oh well... lunching with weijie tmr... if he can finish his work... even though both of us are at beach road... it's two extreme ends of it... and its freaking far... but oh well... i dont mind going over to his side... as long as he's the one paying for lunch... he owes me... dunnoe why so many pple owe me meals... probably me and my "eh-you-owe-me-dinner-for-that"... oh well... bad habits die hard... now the list stands as... - weijie: one lunch... - cy: one dinner one movie... - yb: one movie... - ben k: one dinner... and i owe... - huishan: meal for my present job... - students: 25c ice cream each... - and more that i chose to forget abt... =) ----Stef stopped rambling at 21:12 --Link to Post |
