quite disappointed...
was supposed to go watch the best bet with yb tonite... after loads of calling one another... trying to accommodate to each other's schedules... after i have to explain to my parents why i can watch late nite movie though i am sick... after i told them all abt yb and how he lives one floor above us... and how it was safe that he borrows his dad's car so that we could get to tampines... then we finally checked online... tickets were all sold out... damn... cruel games fate plays on humans... it was one of the only things i was using to get me by the day... and it had to be cancelled... its not that work's tough... just that i find it difficult to work in an environment where there's little communication... olivier's nice... but i feel we cant talk... doesnt help that he stays 2 metres away all the time so that i wont catch his flu... and insists that i wipe the phone with alcohol after he used it... he assumes that i know stuff... when i dont... i get extremely stressed up with invoices and quotations... coz they mean alot of money... just to find the post office today... cy had to call me back from camp just to tell me the nearest one to his home... shoes, socks, jeans soaking wet... never felt more down and out than that... i think it's time for me to start brainwashing myself that i like this job... lest the 6 weeks be hard to pass... actually its not that bad... interesting stuff to do... lotsa pple to meet... even though its the creative line... it's still too corporate for a 18 year old... think the pple i speak to on the phone wont imagine i'm 18 ya? i did try to sound as professional as i could on the phone already... but it seems that boss still aint happy... let's hope things start looking up... pre-pro meeting next monday... tentative shoot on wed... chian's not ard... vince (contract asst.) might come in to help... if not I'LL be the one lugging ard all the equipment... ahhh!!! let's hope i'll survive... cy owes me dinner and movie... ben k. owes me dinner... i owe hs dinner... i need to buy jas' present... i need to refile the invoices... i need to tell olivier he's out of invoice paper... i just bought hoobastank... oh well... ----Stef stopped rambling at 20:28 --Link to Post |
