major turn of events again...
cy msged in the morning to say his officer/sergeant told him low possibility of being activated.. (officer/sergeant whatever...i'm lousy with ranks...) so kinda asked my bro whether it was ok if i bring him another time... feel bad... but oh well... he's my bro... at least now he can go watch the movie with his best bud.. and his best bud's bro... guy's nite out... better than me, his elder sis, bring him out ya? met cy in town abt 3... decided to wait till abt 1... so that even if they decided to activate his unit... he can at least finish the movie before rushing down to kranji... but din get any calls la... so no prb... movie was great.. harry potter is cuter than ever... i had alot of question marks though... cy says its becoz they left out alot from the book... but he did mention that reading the book before the movie kinda spoilt it... but i think i got the best deal... i havent read the book... (therefore the movie was utterly enjoyable...) then i have cy to answer my questions... alot of them... i must add... hermonie was really pretty... and i kinda liked the flow of the whole movie... there was one lady in the cinema cy and i din like... thing was... she happened to be with her angmoh bf and another couple... on a double date... problem was... they had 4 seats... then without considering the possiblity that her seats might be split... 3-1 like wad happened when i was watching LOTR with weijie and his married frenz... she assumed the kid beside her was in the wrong seat... and chased the kid away... while kid's mom was in the ladies with other kid... such a b*tch... kid's mom came back... lady kicked up a fuss... oni to finally realise that she was in the wrong... and acted so indignant abt it... in the end... kid mom offered to take the single seat in the other row... while the double-daters could sit together... wad a b*tch... cy wanted to bitch (*used as verb, no censorship necessary) out loud abt it... but kinda stopped him seeing how tall the angmoh was... *shudder* shopped around after the movie... taka... man... really wanna buy all the photog. books in kino... they're just so amazing... saw alot of great books... esp this book by tim burton... The melancholic death of oyster boy and other stories... which cost all of 35 bucks... and a book that went something like... "you are not as good as you are, you are as good as you want to be." -the world's best-selling book... pretty interesting... cy was stuck in the business section though... spent 12.30 on a business mag... and i end up having to pay for his movie and dinner... -_-" if there's anyone who can extort treats from me... it's cy... still rem how he duped me into buying him this pencil case from 37 degrees... just coz he was WAAAAaaY too irritating... that reminds me of.... me! walked past LV... wondered why pple queued outside just to get into LV... when LV wasnt THAT crowded... oh the exclusivity! wonder if ben l. was still doing their displays... took a bus down to suntec... for the book fair... i did warn him it wasnt anything fantastic... but let him see anyway... at least i got to see wq for awhile... walked ard suntec... telling each other wad we wanted for our birthday gifts... coz i missed his birthday this year... totally forgot when it was... till i asked him today... he misses mine every year... so doesnt really matter... well... if i do recall... i want the puma sleeveless top... the brown-grey one with the stiched finish... the yellow polo from B.U.M... the blue nike bottle that came with a mini bag and a towel... which cost 33 bucks altogether... and the dry-fit which looks more men's than women's the new adidas tee that cost 35 bucks... the nike shoes with the pink tick... which cy thought was super ugly... and he wants... the holland jersey... which reminds me... i alwaz see cy in football jerseys... different ones... and today's red spaniard was new... no wonder he's broke! oh well... at least it matched his red shoes... the black adidas polo... the nike dry-fit tee... the red mazda 3... or the red alfa romeo... the pretty organiser we saw along citylink... well... he'd better pay me for movie and dinner... and i'll be content... ate dinner at BK... yummy mushroom swiss! which was, like i mentioned, my treat... worse part! he kept stealing my onion rings! oh well... he did treat me to my strawberry sundae.. coz yami yoghurt was closed for the day... =( something wrong with the MRT line today... had to detour to outram and change to the NEL instead of dhoby ghaut... or else dunnoe how long my journey will take... at least he was sms-ing me throughout... while playing soccer...
