quite proud of myself...
5.5 in extremely hot weather is quite a feat... timing was worse than my previous 5.5.... today's timing was 36:09.... compared to monday's 35:17.... its a huge increase... today was much tougher... even had trouble breathing... coz nose block... damn... PT today was short... after the monsterous run... we worked the abs... then start rigging up the equipment... then had one race b4 lunch... jud came in first... i was almost last... coz winds were really light... but was in front of adrian... can see that he's really drained... was sick... but trained so hard... ran so fast... hehee.... ate duckie porridge for lunch today.. hopefully when i do duck walk can walk better... hehehe... after lunch we raced 3 more times... came in 3rd, 1st and 2nd... the first race was stupid... was actually right behind sam... but daggerboard din wanna come up... then i stupidly forgot there's one more mark to round... so had to go back and round it... second race was better... sam started late.. i pumped and over took WQ... so managed first... being first is no fun... its quite pressurising... really... third race... hahaa... behind sam again... but i was actually behind... so caught up alot... think i played correctly... the current and the winds... even andrew was like...
