piang... i cant train under andrew any longer... i really think he damn nice lor... coz some of them were banging into the boat today... then coz i was sitting down... my head almost kena bang... then he use his hand to protect my head lor... *faintz* he quite poor thing actually... know that he kinda pissed with our performance already.. i din train water today... dad scared i faint in the water or something... so could understand that many of them already reached their limits... but he really expects more... or at least... an indication that we tried our best... saw both sides of the story... dilemma lor... know he wants the best for us... but dont know how to tell him we ARE trying... they ran from NSC to bedok jetty and back today... damn long a run... one hour... will be doing it tmr... dunnoe how i'll die... today i cycled that distance... already half dead liaoz... *pengz* did some super high step-ups... duckie walks... sit ups... assisted pull-ups again... interesting leg raises... *pengz* the rest must be very tired... water training was kinda tough today... tacking drill... gybing drill... horrid stuff... but gave me alot of insights... actually learn alot on the boat.... anything i dont understand... just ask andrew... and i'll get enlightened... so happy... ----Stef stopped rambling at 21:09 --Link to Post |
