been posting stuff abt training alot recently...
need a record of stuff i've been doing... will try to keep up with PT over the weekend... maybe with the bicycle... and short jog... probably abit of strengthening at home too... slept pretty early yesterdae... 1+ near 2... left abruptly... sorry RUDOLPH... apologise for that... just that i felt that it wasnt very nice... cant really reply to your sms... my thumb got one big hole... hurts when i pressed on number pad... i'm not angry with you... really... hmm... online now... lenny asking whether wanna go out... dunnoe whether i should go out or stay at home and make up for the lost time with my family... confirm not going for the m'sia trip liaoz... so shall stay in singapore and train... probably have to cycle to NSC... but not from sengkang... maybe park my bike somewhere nearer... like bedok... and take a bus down to bedok... then cycle... have to see how... oni scared when i cycle will rain heavily... then i jialat... ----Stef stopped rambling at 12:49 --Link to Post |
